To ensure that my clients receive the highest quality service, I require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or “no-shows” will result in losing your deposit for your appointment. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to a medical emergency or other exceptional circumstances, please notify me as soon as possible. I will work with you to find a solution.
